Multi-agent Systems Technician

Job Description

The Multi-agent Systems Technician will perform their role as a ICON AI Worker Technician who are responsible for creating sophisticated AI-powered professional embodiments that can work alongside human staff or replace them for complex tasks when qualified human candidates are unavailable. These designers conceptualize, design, and refine AI Workers using ICON’s innovative approach of specialized agents working together as a council.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, or a related field
2. 7+ years of experience in AI system design, with a focus on multi-agent systems or ensemble AI architectures
3. Strong background in natural language processing, machine learning, and conversational AI
4. Experience with designing and implementing complex AI decision-making systems
5. Proficiency in AI development frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
6. Familiarity with various industry domains (e.g., web management, learning & development, peer specialist training) and their specific AI application needs
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex professional roles into effective AI embodiments
8. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
9. Knowledge of ethical AI principles and best practices for responsible AI development

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with designing AI systems for enterprise-level applications
2. Background in organizational psychology or human resources management
3. Familiarity with voice interface design and natural language understanding systems
4. Experience with AI model fine-tuning and transfer learning techniques
5. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and privacy-preserving AI techniques
