The Designer collaborates with ICON's technical teams to bring these AI workers to life through carefully crafted prompts for AI providers like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Additional certification in AI or computer science is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent management, preferably in diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of job analysis, competency modeling, and performance management.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, nuanced, and effective prompts for AI systems.
- Basic understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, particularly in language models and conversational AI.
- Experience with performance coaching or job counseling, demonstrating the ability to articulate and develop professional skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific roles, regulations, and best practices across various sectors.

These designers conceptualize, design, and refine AI Workers using ICON's innovative approach of specialized agents working together as a council.
Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in AI system design, with a focus on multi-agent systems or ensemble AI architectures

The Enterprise Cloud Architect would perform their role as an ICON AI Worker Architect who is responsible for maintaining and evolving the core ICON platform infrastructure to support the creation of diverse AI professional embodiments. This role involves closely collaborating with AI Worker Designers to understand their specifications, and then determining how to adapt or enhance the existing ICON Core platform to meet these requirements. The Architect works at the intersection of the platform's foundational elements and the specific needs of each new AI Worker design.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on AI systems and software architecture.
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale, modular AI systems.
